How to add postal services?
The postal services used for each order must be added in the CSV
file as a specific value. Bellow you can find for each postal
service, the value that must be added in the CSV file:
Austrian Post (ECO): POST_AT_ECO
Austrian Post (PRIO): POST_AT_PRIO
Austrian Post (REG): POST_AT_REG
Hungarian Post (ECO): POST_HU_ECO
Hungarian Post (PRIO): POST_HU_PRIO
Hungarian Post (REG): POST_HU_REG
DPD (Parcel): COURRIER_DPD
Austrian Post (Parcel): COURRIER_POSTAT_NORM
Austrian Post (Parcel with COD): COURRIER_POSTAT_COD
DHL (Parcel): COURRIER_DHL_NORM
DHL (Parcel with COD): COURRIER_DHL_COD
DHL EXPRESS(Parcel): COURRIER_DHL_EXPRESS
Can I delete items of an existing order?
To delete an items of an order click on the "Orders" Section and select "List orders". Find the order you want to update and click on the edit symbol in the action column on the right. Here you'll find all the information related to the order; scroll down to the bottom of the page to reach the items list. If there are more than one Items in the order delete items by clicking on "Delete product". When finished click "Submit order" to save the applied changes.
Can I add items to an existing order?
