How can I add a new product to the product list?
To add a new product to the product list, click on "Warehouse" and select "Add new product." Here, you can create a new product one-to-one by completing all necessary fields. Click "Add product" to save your input and send the new product to the product list. Repeat the routine for additional products. We recommend using the "Upload products" function for larger sets of products.
Can I use an Excel file to upload products to the product list?
Uploading an Excel file will not work. You must use the Easy Commerce product template to upload a set of products to the products list. The Easy Commerce product template is a CSV file with a predefined header that uses semicolons as separators.
