As an authorized user you'll find your personal contact information in the "Settings" section. To edit your user profile, select "User profile" from the left menue. Then click on any line and simply insert new information. Then click on the "Safe" button to safe changes and update your profile. We recommend changing the automatically generated password.
Your company's contact information is stored in the "Settings" section. If you want edit to your company's contact information, click on "Settings" and select "Company Profile" from the left menue. Then click on any line and simply insert new information. Then click the "Safe" button below to safe changes and update your account. Our backoffice is automatically informed that your record has been updated.
Every master user can add a new project to an existing account. To do this, click on "Settings" and select "Add new project" from the menue on the left. Please note that every new project needs approval and new contracting by Easy Commerce and will require some days to implement/settle.
In case you lose your password, the Easy Commerce system can reset it for you. To do this, click on the Link "Forgot your password? Click here." on the start screen and insert your email address on the following screen. Please note that you may only use a known email address for that purpose.
